Green Bay to Madison : Policies
Lamers Connect runs 7-days a week, and 365-days a year. Arrive at your pickup location 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Scheduled stop times, locations, and pricing are subject to change. Agency locations are managed independently and have varying payment method options. Any cash fares need to be exact change; drivers do not carry change. Cash fares are rounded up to the nearest dollar if customers do not have the exact fare.
For discount fares for children, seniors, college students, military and veterans, please contact Lamers at 1.866.5LAMERS (1.866.552.6377) or search prices on the Lamers Connect online ticketing website. Definition of Adult is age 12+, Senior is age 55+, Child is age 2-11, Military ID is required for Military passengers, and College Student ID is required for College Student passengers.

Traveling by bus
Lamers Connect passengers are responsible for transferring their own bags. Be sure that all checked bags have a claim check AND an identification tag. You can get both of these from the ticket counter or from the driver prior to boarding. Please make sure your bags are properly tagged inside and out. Take your baggage to the bus and give it to the baggage handler who will load the baggage underneath the bus. You are in charge of picking up your bags next to the bus at each transfer location and taking them to your connecting bus.

Passengers between the ages of 8 and 14 (inclusive) may be permitted to travel conditionally, unaccompanied at full adult fare. Please contact Lamers at 1.866.5LAMERS (1.866.552.6377) or reference the “Children traveling by bus” link above for additional information.
